Each playroom is fitted with a web camera facility enabling the carer with internet access to watch still images of their child at 10 second intervals throughout the day. Security access and passwords are required for parents to use this facility. All user accounts are controlled by Kinder Castle management and all passwords are encrypted and sent direct to the registered users’ email address. The camera itself will not be available directly from the internet. Instead, we will publish the images every 10 seconds to our website via a secure FTP connection. This system will also provide the basis of constant CCTV throughout the Nursery both during the day and at night.
