This room is run on a daily basis by Vikki Karter and overseen by the Manager. Babies from birth to approximately 12 months are placed in the Elves Enchantment where en-suite changing facilities and milk room are prevalent.

Staff are very experienced at judging when your child is ready to move to the Pixie Parlour but this will usually happen at around 9 months. Your key person will discuss the move in detail with parents before instigating a schedule for the move.
