Vikki joined KinderCastle in March 2008 as Team Leader and has since been promoted to Head of Baby Unit. Vikki is an appointed person for Safeguarding Children and Behaviour Management. Since competing her NVQ Level 3 in 2004 she has previously worked as a Support Worker as well as a Senior Nursery Officer. Vikki is currently working towards her Level 5 Professional status in babies and young children. |
